Voodley is an AI-powered whiteboard video creation platform that enables users to create animated videos using artificial intelligence for script generation, image creation, and voice narration.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or engage in harmful activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

  • Create content depicting violence, hate speech, or adult material

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools, including scripts, images, and voiceovers, is licensed to you for your use in accordance with your subscription plan.

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Be responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused services. Contact support for refund requests.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
